Here is one of my own fun popsicle recipes.
This is one treat I made often for my own children and I call it the “Islandsicle”! This recipe was a huge hit especially when we lived on the waterfront and spent most of our days outside in the sand or in the water. It’s easy to make and contains some of the local fruit from around my native island of New Providence in the Bahamas. Since relocating to the US, I have had to substitute some of the fresh ingridents but the ends result is still the same refreshing, tasty treat!
I cannot wait to make my Islandsicle recipe for my DaniBug!
